Shipping Costs

All orders that are shipped in the continental US have multiple carrier options. Tracking numbers are provided with each purchase when the order ships. We HIGHLY recommend choosing UPS as your carrier choice, but we have left USPS Priority Mail as a more affordable option which is AT YOUR OWN RISK. If USPS is chosen, the customer assumes all responsibility for any lost/damaged/stolen items and will need to file any claims directly with USPS. The customer assumes responsibility for additional charges on rejected packages. Any shipping upgrades such as next day, insured, or signature, can be requested at the customer's expense, just send us a message to inquire about upgrading or using another carrier service.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Orders placed on this website are shipped via a third-party carrier. If USPS has been chosen the package will be shipped Priority Mail meaning they will have tracking and insurance included. Tracking is provided for all US orders, and we highly encourage you to check with your local post office for details if your package is missing. If your package arrives damaged DO NOT DISPOSE OF IT as USPS will require you to bring it to your local post office in order for the insurance to be paid out. The customer will be responsible filing any claims. No refunds or replacements will be provided by Rigr Crafts.

For UPS orders an insurance claim will be filed for any issues with the package.

Sipping Outside the United States

We enjoy shipping all over the world! When shipping to countries outside the US however we have several additional policies. All shipping and customs fees are paid by the customer. All shipments are FOB, meaning that any lost, declined, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged items are also the customer's responsibility. Due to the inability of shipping services to quote a price based solely on country, please send us a message with your shipping address to inquire and receive an invoice for your order. Unfortunately, USPS International shipping does not track outside of the US, therefore we recommend choosing UPS to ensure your package will arrive in a reasonable timeframe without damage.

Shipping Times

Most items will ship within 3 business days (if they are in stock and not made to order).

Any items shipped USPS Priority Mail usually arrive within 7 business days. Since USPS is a third-party and we do not have our own shipping company, we cannot provide any guarantee of delivery date.
